    As this is a new season please play 1 more level then log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you ๐Ÿ’“

    it did not work . still does move up . played level 5333 and won 3 stars and for league rewards it stayed on the first reward which is a life . also here is a screenshot of peoples profile pics from the bottom of the screen . all you see for some are silhouettes with a question mark . this is just one problem . i can not change the profile pic ( i've tried ) and when i goto that page i can not get back to the game page not without closing the game and coming back .

    The last thing to do would be to uninstall we leave this option until last as you would loose any saved boosters

    Maybe you would first like to try contacting our support centre by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain what is happening they may be aware of a known and issue and may be able to compensate you

    If you do you will first receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain once more ๐Ÿ’“

    well I contacted support and only got 2 emails from them - 1st one telling me to ask you for help with mt problem and the 2nd to rate the support I got . BEFORE you tell me to uninstall the game think twice - if I uninstall it I will not be reinstalling it . I will just go find a new game to play . BUT I do thank you for the help you have given me and the time with my problem but as I've said before there are others with some of the same problems that I am having . I just the only one saying something about it . If I do hear from support I will let you know .

    I said that in the emails that you sent me . all I get back is the automated emails .

    Yes our customer services do response first with automated emails it is that email you need to reply to you should receive a response from one of the agent's ๐Ÿ’“

    Yes that is the one I replyed to and I have heard nothing back . Sent them everything I had and the screenshots too .
