laptop - windows 10 home - also my profile pic is a question - and there are others just like it .

rewards still not working for the leagues . still the same problem - you earn stars go to rewards it adds the stars but does not move up you just stay when you are . with me it's on the first reward a life reward . pic from before shows the problem .

No it did not work - problem still is there - Bubbles my profile picture is blank with a question mark there BUT I am not the only one that looks like that - not all have a question mark - some do have pictures . Bubbles do you not remember me - I am the one who came up with the work around for the leagues would work and now it is part of the game - you go to the leagues before you start to play . Now lets fix this problem or should I say problems .
Hi my friend to clear cache on a pc please follow these steps
First Press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the Clear browsing data window
Select All time from the drop-down menu
Click Clear data
Then close and reopen the browser for the changes to take effect
To turn on your notifications preferences
Select your avatar top right of this page the select at the top account and privacy settings then select edit profile the scroll down to notification preferences from here tick all you would like to receive 💓
Saw the update - update was installed - logout then log back in still not working . Also my profile pic is gone BUT I am not the only one with that problem . How do you clear game cache - using a laptop with windows 10 not a mobile . Also what happened to emails ? - in the past I would get an email about you posting to me - am now not getting those . and yes I still have the problem .

Can you check you have no pending updates as we received one yesterday
Please first try clearing the game cache as overloaded cache can cause many issues
Then close and leave your device off for a moment or two

Select device settings menu then apps then bw3 then storage

Settings, general, iPhone storage
If this does not work I will raise the issue 💓
Leagues not working . the path is broken . Can not claim rewards . Counts the same stars over and over but does not let you go up the path . This is the second league game that this has happened on . Have tried singing out and back in more then 5 times over many days and it did not help . Wrote support and they passed the buck to community . I have also been put down a league becuase of this problem .
