Ad issue
There's a major issue with these new lot of ads @PrettyBubbles . When the ad finishes and you touch the 'x' to take you back to the game, instead nearly every time it takes you to either an external site or to Google Playstore. You have to hit the back button to take you back to the game, but more often than not it completely closes the game. This means you watch the ad but don't get the reward, i.e, the extra bubbles. This really isn't fair.

Thanks @Alex_The_Witch but they never reply, and on the off chance they do they don't read the question properly and send a generic response instead, telling me to ask the community.

Hi my friend yes we have a few players who say the same
I always advise not to stop there but to keep responding and letting them know we have sent you to them
It is frustrating I know but its perseverance that's needed
Please try this and if you still get no help let us have the reference number and I will see if our cm can make contact for you 💓

I thought I was the only one experiencing this, obviously not.
It's so annoying, I'm watching ads but getting nothing in return for it because the ads then shut the game down whilst still in the middle of playing a level 😡
