Finished level 9999 multible times, can't access level 10000?

There was an update to version 10.0.1.0 today. Please check if you have the new version on your device.
Let us know if you still can't see level 10000 after installing the latest version.

Yes unfortunately we have a known issue with level 10000
Chapter 502 has been released in today's update but unfortunately has not fixed the issue

Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles
