I completed level 9999 but it won’t go to level 10000. Appears many players have this same problem. Have tried everything support suggested with no luck. When will this bug be fixed?

The same here, i'm really angry because i used a lot of Tools to finish 9999 several times, so 15 Tools lost for nothing grrrrr! Yesterday i updated the game so thats not the problem, please fix it!!!

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
