Hopefully they can help better also it alerts the team that this ad is becoming an issue 💓

State Farm ad is locking game. It has been doing this for the 4days

yep the State Farm ad needs to be removed from bubble witch. As stated above, it locks up the game with no way out except to do what I have to do. I have to keep exiting out of the game, clear the app and restart the game, it’s been going on for over three days, I live in the US. I’m losing lives and time off my reward clock, because of this ad. I have had trouble with other ads, but this one is the worst one ever. I’m trying to beat some levels to stay in the challenge and I can’t move beyond the levels with this rotten ad being shown with no way out of it, except to exit game and shut it down and restart. I don’t mind watching ads, because I actually have found out some interesting things to check out down the road from the ads, but a go nowhere ad is very Infuriating to deal with, almost to the point of not playing the game for awhile except to get my daily reward.
So this needs to be handled ASAP. As a moderator you also need to please report the concerns. Thank you.
