Error level 19

I can’t play level 19 due to the pop up not disappearing. Can’t continue the game because of it.

yes already contacted you because none of this works. Multiple people I noticed are having the same issue. Thank you.

Incorrect score.
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
