Missing hat power

Question

For about ten levels now my third hat has not provided the power. I am still wearing it, and no new hats have appeared. I think it's stuck! It's a shame because I could really use that power!

Hi and welcome to the community :)
The hats are still in testing so they might have some little issues from time to time or appear and then vanish again. I had it but then it went so I know its frustrating!
