I have the problem!!!
Even though I have enough gold, I cannot use it to continue the game. I currently have 76 gold coins, but I am unable to spend them. I cannot pass the levels, and since I can't use my gold, I am unable to progress.
In the past, I was able to use gold to continue, and I used to receive bonuses when I didn't spend my gold. Now, I cannot continue at all. Please help me resolve this issue. I look forward to your response.

In the meantime please perform the following 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Ongoing since Friday 2/27. I have contacted tech support via email with no resolution. In one of the posts, I saw a comment stating that the issue has been resolved, but it has not for me. Samsung galaxy S10

It's been 3 days since I have been able to purchase extra bubbles using my gold bars. I was in 1st place in the level challenge & lost out on the prizes. This is very frustrating. Please help.
I have for days. I have tried to even uninstall and reinstall. Nothing is working. I will force stop and one time it might let me then next won't. It's very frustrating. It cost me the win

I finally signed out the game, closed all my other apps, and did a restart on my phone. Thankfully, that seemed to do the trick. It was like it was stuck in a loop or something. Anyway, thanks for the listening ears! 🙂

Same. For days now. It cost me being in first for rewards. I have emailed them with no reply, uninstalled and reinstalled, forced stop, did everything and nothing is being done.
