glitch screen cant get rid of it

this game "tap here" type popup appears the second i log in, and i can't tap fast enough to get it to go away, or anywhere else, and it seems like the spot it wants me to tap is too far off screen.

i've tried "flinging" the app, and i have the latest version of the game and ios.

Hi my friend sorry you are experiencing this screen issues are still being worked on

A temporary work around we found is to tap the bottom of the screen

In the meantime how about a soft reset as follows 💓

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
