Game didn't save

So 4 years ago i my mom got the game and i linked it to a Facebook Account.
Like 1 year ago the Fb account closed.
The app wasn't synchronized anymore with the Fb account.
I tried to link it to a new one but it get me back to level 1 instead of saving.
I reopen the old Fb account and tried to launch the game with it but it get me to level 1 too.
Did i lost everything ( 1600 levels ) or is there something that can be done to get back the progress ?
The files are still on the phone i think but i do not know if I can change places the file to get the progress.
