FIXED - Daily Bonus - Not receiving boosters?

Great news! The fix has gone live and you should now start receiving your boosters again! Again, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

Hi you need to go to windows store on your pc , click on the little icon for your account and check for updates and hopefully it will be fixed then

Last two days I have not been getting my daily reward. Using desktop Windows 10. Reward screen comes up with the "Continue" button, no treasure chest. When I click on "Continue", I'm taken to my game with no reward added.

I play through Windows 10 (desktop) using my facebook account (id 1431874123591551), in the last 2-3 days I have not received boosters. I downloaded the game in the Windows store.

And no you shouldn't have to although I do love windows 10 I have to be honest.
I also need to ask, are you playing the game through the browser? I don't know if they have an app for it on windows 7 (terrible memory) so hence the question. If you are playing though a browser, could you clear your cache/cookies.

Having issues with medals. I have passed the first level of most of my medals, but showing I will only get 50 fairy dust again on next level. last week I was showing 2500, 1200, and even more on some. It has somehow reset. I

Will we get all the boosters we were supposed to have which is around 2-3 per week ,and after 2 months that is a lot owed out ,or can we all have extra gold ,yes we got some ,which was only enough to get 1 or 2 boosts, which does not really compensate for the ones missed out on really over a 2 month period does it ?? I have added a little something to your game as compensation for the boosters you haven't received.

We are sorry again for the inconvenience but please take into account that this is an additional way of rewarding players who come everyday. This feature is not essential to the core game, as in, it does not block you from playing. However, we totally understand that it is frustrating and we did our best to fix it as soon as we could and compensate you.

It's now fixed, so you will start receiving your boosters again and I hope that's a good news

Hey @slowbutsteady, @hazey01 @luck - The fix is still being tested but our Team is doing its best to release it asap.
In the meantime, you can take part in our many competitions here to get more boosters and gold! I'll keep you posted as soon as I have news for you!

I'm on level 948 so would hate to stop playing now and I really like the game except for not getting the boosts.

I think they have no clue on how to fix it, so they are struggling ? in all honesty this should have been sorted out from the beginning not months down the line

Okay so today i clicked on the gold chest for my prize /boost ,it was sparkling dust ,funnily yet again no boost given ..come on now sort this mess out as gold is not enough to buy boosts with

I agree; can't do anything with gold bars. 2 months now with no fix in sight! Unbelievable. I am on game 568 and can't win without booster. Maybe they don't want me to win? HAHAHA Hopefully they will have fixed soon.

I am beginning to think they want us to buy them rather than give them,i honestly do not think they know how to run a game ,i mean its been weeks or months for some without anything ,i'm on lvl 184 it's a super hard one ,could of done it if had boosters but nope ..as you said they don't want us to beat their game ?!?

Think we have been patient enough, months, weeks waiting, I mean surely you have tech people that can fix things ? if not then WHY? we are all getting tired of hearing the same response yet getting no solution, sort it out

Hey guys - I completely understand everyone's frustration as I'm going thru the same thing. I'm on level 943 and there are times when I can't continue without a boost. I have to believe that they are doing all that they can

Since you've been all voicing this issue and giving us plenty of information about it, we've been able to identify the root of the problem. Our Team found a fix and is testing it as we speak to make sure it will solve the issue once and for all. If all goes well, we will have it implemented in a new release next week so you guys will finally be able to get your daily rewards again.
