Can not receive lives from friends

I can not receive lives from friends. The owl pops up and lets me send but I am not receiving any back. I have played on multiple devices-Windows 10, iPhone 10,kindle fire. I am playing thru the app, not facebook. I have read all the FAQs without finding a solution and community questions and see that this is a common issue. I wait until I have 0 lives to refill but no lives are available from friends. I only have issues with bubble witch 3 not the other versions.

Hi @JesusSaves and welcome to the community.
I see you are not playing through Facebook but are playing on the app. Are you connecting to Facebook though to save progress and access friends help or from the Kingdom?
If you are syncing to Facebook, it could be that you have to reauthorise the app as Facebook change the access permissions regularly and then they only last so long.

I am not connecting to Facebook. I am doing it thru the kingdom. I do not play any of the versions thru facebook. But this is the only version (3) that I am having issues with.

We are having an issue at the moment with some being told they cannot connect to the internet..
I know you have tried all sorts, did you try logging out then in again?
I am going to pass this over to the community manager, is it possible to have your game ID too?0 -
