Bubble Witch 3 on Windows 10
Recently i am unable to load the apps on my windows 10 PC? I had tried to check the forum but still unable to solve it. I have not sign in to facebook or kings acc. how to i fixed this and still retain all the level that i had cleared. i believe ther are others that are also in the same situation. Help please.

Hi @TeddyS and welcome to the community.
Can you check which windows version you have? It should be 1909 at least and that is where a lot of the problems have started.
Can you check windows for updates.
As you cannot sign into your game, can you uninstall it once windows has no updates (This will lose saved boosters but progress can be got back when you sign in again)..restart your computer and go back to the windows store and reinstall it.
Try logging in again.
I know which issue you have as I had the exact same thing and luckily, Kings games now work fine, but I still cannot get my video programme to work and that is a common complaint right now due to the last windows updates.
If this doesn't solve it, let us know and we can pass your details on. If you do need to come back can you let us know your windows version, bubble witch version and your player ID please.

Windows is 1909.
From the begining, i did not sign in to play the game.
So if i uninstall it, it will reset all to level one.
Anyway to unstall and still get back to the level i am in ?

Yes it will reset to level one. Sorry I misread it.
The team can get you back to your level but it would be with a generic score for each level rather than your original score.
They will require you to make an account though to link the game to, but we always strongly advise you connect to something anyway so that progress can be got back without having to wait for help. The kingdom is good for that if you don't like using Facebook.
