My game is stuck on that STUPID TREE!
My game wasn’t loading the fairy dash so I deleted and reinstalled it. Now I can’t get it to load past the stupid wake up the tree thing. I am already on a flower and it makes me pick the only other flower not chosen and then it’s stuck and won’t confirm it. This is what happens when you try to do too many things at one time in an app. Lawd fix it!

@bill14368 hi 👋 first I would like to say hi and welcome. On the fairy dash this can take a while before the option shows when you start a new level i have waited up to 15mins sometimes and then other times it can be straight easy but you dont have to wait it will still come on during your play and still put you in the correct order on the team board. With the tree this happens a lot if you are froze on your flower it general means that some else has selected it at the same time but by closing your game and reopening clears this. One thing I want to stress Is never uninstall unless it's a last resort and we havnt been able to resolve your issue as if you collected any spells you will loose them. As for you're comment on to many in game challenges being the issue it certainly is not. Lots of us want even more as they are great for winning lives and spells they are very welcome and a great help to playing your levels. Hope this has helped if not come back to me. I appreciate your input and yes all the side games are great for gaining boosts and free lives. However, they also slow the game down and freeze it up more often than not, at least in mobile. And while I may be new here I am over 1000 levels in the game so it’s not like this is a new issue. I love this game or else I wouldn’t be so frustrated about it not working properly. And when I opened it today, the levels worked great because now there is NO tree at all in there and no fairy dash and the lantern contest so it doesn’t affect the game. Idk. It’s not like I want to quit or anything I just wanted it fixed and evidently it is for the moment. But thank you for your input.

@bill14368 hi you're welcome but I never want the in game challenges to disappear but I agree the bugs could be fixed quicker I dont seem to get many as I regularly do the update task would you like me to advise you on it can help with most bugs. 🤔🌞
