@Jjdd hi this has been an issue raised but if you close then re open the game this tends to re set it. Any further problems after doing this please let me know πππ

Hi! Actually I have already reopened it thousand times and reinstalled game twice, but this thing keep appearing after I open an app

It happened to me also. Only when the tree is waking up and Iβm about to get spells. The only option is to close it out and restart then you donβt get your reward . It hasnβt happened in a while though

This keeps happening to me. itβs very frustrating after doing all the work and not getting the reward because it freezes right before you get the rewards. I have to restart the game and then Iβm cheated out of the reward I should have received.

Hi astral league is on bt my game is stuck at 270 star's,bt other gamer still earing star's and game will end in 7 hr plz hlp me to get back all my stars nd continue astral league.

@ejcheon81 hi it is a nuisance but it does right itself. In the meantime log out of your game and turn your device off and back on it may help reset it for you but although there has been a blip in this feature it has been short lived. ππ
