That is the issue unless you do a back up first except for your internet and bw3. Those do a fresh install on. But again I'll see if support team comes back with an answer and make sure to share it
Try and see if you can play booked up to someone else's internet. It's what I did.. It worked. When I got home it stopped working. That's when I decided to do a factory reset, not restore. It works absolutely fine. I never had a problem with the game until the most recent update

Thank you.. And yes I've tried all of that as well and reinstall from Amazon and Google at least once a day just to check. I don't care so much about looking my progress or mind starting over its the inside games, fairy tree, leagues, fairy cash and special events I miss!
