On Android, it is easier to reset to factory settings, on Windows it is problematic, programs and information will be lost.

That is the issue unless you do a back up first except for your internet and bw3. Those do a fresh install on. But again I'll see if support team comes back with an answer and make sure to share it

Hi @Nadia2626 It is the same on mobile as they are mini computers these days and you have a lot of stuff stored within it so you must do a back up before performing a reset 👍⭐

You can always store your most important info on some usb sticks. Things you really don't want to loose
