Hello.
I did that, but I see an error as @3066Kyra.
I did little debug a network trafic from my phone by tcpdump/Wireshark, but found nothing unusual in it. My opinion - it is a protocol mistake or some block on the King.com. How I can contact to specialists, who can look to my account?

I did go thru all the internet issues with tech support. They forward issue to 'team'. They're supposed to get back to me. When they do I'll share the answer. Also I accidentally found out my game worked on another internet connection when I went to my brother's. When I got home it wouldn't work again. So I backed up my tablet and did a total wipe. Restarted from start. Works perfectly now (I didn't include bw3 in apps I wanted to restore, I just downloaded a fresh copy and went from there)
As for contact, scroll down to the bottom of this page and go to contact us.. Follow along the questions until you get a chat box.. I had to try a few different questions before I got the chat going. I couldn't contact thru the game but you can thru your browser

HELLO, I've been playing for two years, everything was fine. But a month ago, the Internet stopped seeing the game. I looked at the tips , I did everything . The game does not see the Internet. Deleted, uploaded again, didn't help. Need advice , maybe who had it ? I play on a laptop , Windows 10 .
Hi guys it seems that you all have the same issues going on.
From those that have now resolved it it seems to have done so by releasing some space on your devices by backing up your device then performing a factory reset and some by using a different internet connection
You must always have at least 2gb of free memory in order to run the game and a strong internet connection.
@QueenB will back tommorow(monday) and may be able to take this issue further for you as its turning out to not be an isolated issue as we first thought.
It may be that her recommendation to contact customer support remains unless she is notified of a known issue from our studio

No, I have a lot of free space on my laptop , I connected to another Internet, but the game does not connect. I still have the game "Candy Crush Saga" and also does not connect to the Internet
Try and see if you can play booked up to someone else's internet. It's what I did.. It worked. When I got home it stopped working. That's when I decided to do a factory reset, not restore. It works absolutely fine. I never had a problem with the game until the most recent update
