Delete / re-install did not work. Clearing cache first, uninstalling, reboot, and re-install did. 

Replied in both spots but no Tony. *sigh*

*sigh* 2 posts and on my one suggestion (not the one above). King Care support seriously lacking. 

I surrender to figuring this out. Posted the issue 2 times, and only applicable recommendation was to delete/ reinstall (which didn't work). Very disappointed in King Care.

 welcome to the land of technical despair. I've had a technical issue for over a month. Zero resolution. 1 answer from a fellow user who apparently didn't know what a special event was. I wish you better luck than me. But it seems no one is at home in the king cate household. I've ceased spending$ in the game. 

No, outs a special event and the counter had been 0h, 0min fir weeks. Every time i open the game, out shows the dragon and says something like, ... follow Leila into the treasure cave. Annoying and I'm betting is preventing new special events from loading.
