  • Hi Giengirl14, have you both checked your Facebook settings? Facebook changed their privacy policy some time ago and a lot of players including myself had to revise our settings because you now need to give your permission in order to request and receive. Go to settings, 'Apps,' pick your game and click on 'Edit.'

  • Hi Jenny, please make sure you have your Facebook settings correctly setup for Candy Crush Saga. The Facebook privacy policy has changed over a month ago or so, just go to your settings, select 'Apps,' pick your game and click on 'Edit.'

  • Hi Matthew, do you mean the sugar drops? Collecting those candies with a 'c' on them will get you gifts. The tab shows you how many candies you still need to collect until your next gift. I had to scroll all the way up to my level too after the last update, but I only had to do this once.

  • Hi glivett, on Android you should have 950 levels by now. Make sure you have installed version 1.53.2 on your Android devices.
