I play on my desktop computer, Windows 10. When I log in to king.com, there is no edit profile button to change anything. I give up. Everything you suggest, I don't see anything like what you are talking about & I'm not the only one having this problem. Thanks anyway~

I'm trying to change my name in the game. It shows me as Thomas & I am NOT Thomas. I don't know where that name came from. I am not trying to change any picture, just my game name.

I'm trying to change my game name as it has me as Thomas & I'm not Thomas. I read to go to the cog wheel on the game itself & click on the red & yellow thing but mine doesn't have that in order to click on it & change my game name. Suggestions?

I finally made it from Bubble Witch 3 game # 662 to #664 but it took forever as it keeps freezing up once you start playing.
