It wasn't a change in the browser, I used the app on my phone. Whenever I use any browser it takes me back to a previous level, it won't save the previous day's progress. I use Windows 11. And it's interesting that the browser version doesn't offer rewards, but the app does. I didn't realise that there was an app version…

I play on Chrome, just tried Edge and Firefox, it takes a long time to load on both compared to Chrome. It has partially worked. It's now stuck on 1226, even though I have passed several levels after it.

As I have played and passed this game over and over, I thought that they could look at why and see that I have passed it and maybe bypass the glitch by moving my game forward to the correct level. I have also passed 2 more levels after it, as per her suggestion - and it makes no difference! I don't think it's too much to…

Yes, I had 3 stars but as I have been sent back to this level I have lost them and am in the process of playing this level yet again! I'm not sure how many times I have passed this level, I would say at least 10 times...... In the meantime, here's the email screenshot:
