Why does Farm Heroes Saga keep returning to Level 1225?
I have passed this level numerous times, even passed subsequent levels, yet it seems to freeze at some point and then when I am back in it takes me back to this stupid level! I have reported it to support who state that "they couldn't advance my game to the level I had reached but they could give me some extra boosts". Well, this doesn't cut it as I am being returned to the same level over and over! This doesn't occur in any other game. So why is this occurring and how do I get around it?

Do you see "Stars" on level #1225 and the later ones? Can you please provide a screenshot of your game map?
Would you mind taking a screenshot of the reply the Customer Support sent you (blocking your email address, etc., details)?

Yes, I had 3 stars but as I have been sent back to this level I have lost them and am in the process of playing this level yet again! I'm not sure how many times I have passed this level, I would say at least 10 times...... In the meantime, here's the email screenshot:

Hmmm! I am sorry, I am not sure why they couldn't help to move you to the level🤔
Can you clarify something for me? Why did they say "we are not able to pass the level again for you"? Did you request them before and they helped to move it for you?
Can you provide a screenshot of your game map? Also, I will need your game ID number. Please let me know if you need help with finding it!

As I have played and passed this game over and over, I thought that they could look at why and see that I have passed it and maybe bypass the glitch by moving my game forward to the correct level. I have also passed 2 more levels after it, as per her suggestion - and it makes no difference! I don't think it's too much to ask..... here's the current screenshot, as I am now trying to pass it yet again. Pity I didn't take an earlier screenshot so you could see that I had passed it previously.
What do you mean by game ID number?

If you are playing on a mobile device, or through Windows 10 App, use --> this link <-- to find your game ID number.
If you are playing on Facebook browser version, scroll down completely. You will see "Find my ID" below to the game Map screen. Please let me know if you have any difficulty in finding it👍️
