I've managed to install the BW3 update on my Windows 10 laptop, and no longer have the debug screen. However, I'm still having issues. If I click 'Play' on the main screen, I'm taken into a game that has reset back to level 1. If I click 'Connect' then I get the following message, even though my internet connection is fine:

OK, if I am playing on old version then I don't know how to get to the latest version. Like I said in the original post, no updates are available in the Microsoft Store.

Thanks for getting back to me. I did try contacting customer services in May, the first time this happened, and got no reply from them at all. That's the reason I joined this community, but nobody here helped me either. However, I hadn't provided my game ID back then so I will give it another try.

Yeah, only helpful if you're in a similar position as the player in the video, @margretdzn! Recommend leaving that level for a while and collecting loads of boosters from waking the tree and other additional challenges. Nothing is wrong with your game, @margretdzn. The players you've seen on youtube will have +5 extra bubbles from the fire charm.
