Terrible User Support
I am fed up with the way users are treated by King. I logged an issue about the Daily Win disappearing from my game on Feb 6. [No daily win and not syncing - Page 2 — King Community] STILL NO resolution! Noone there takes any ownership or accountability to respond and RESOLVE. Absolutely DREADFUL.

Reached Level 2500 & an email saying I had received a badge
Hello I received an email saying I had received a badge for reaching level 2500. But when I look at my profile in the community, the badge isn't there. How do I get it? Thank you. Regards, LDBr

My game icon frame hasn’t updated with my new level
When I reached Level 7000, the game said that my frame would be updated with the new milestone achievement. However, it is still showing as 6000, even though I’m now at level 7098. (See attached screen shot) How can this be updated? Can the support team fix it? Thank you.

Gold Bar Rewards in Episode Race
In the past, the Episode Race was so much fairer. There would be different gold bar rewards for every participant (First place=15 or 20 / Second place=8 / Third Place=5 / Fourth Place=2/ Fifth Place=1). Latest upgrade wiped out my daily wins and restarted my treat calendar to day 1😒
With the update of the game that features the Easter theme, it made my daily wins disappear (and I had 5 days out of 6)! As if that wasn't bad enough, it also made met treat calendar go back to day 1 ( and I was on day 6)! Not good enough😁

Why does my treat calendar keep restarting after day 1?
For the last 2weeks, my treat calendar gets as far as Day2, then starts at day 1 again. This is after logging in EVERY day.
