Hello and welcome, in some cases, the daily treat calendar may be missing after logging in for a weak internet or server problem. Please check app update> sign out game> restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> open game and sign in. Thank you.
Thanks, but I see that the response referring to the message about the treat calendar being stuck on day 1 is from 2018!! Really?? No fix for this since then?
Logging out does not help either, and I have restarted the device and have the latest game version loaded. Nothing is resolving the issue. I have not managed to progress the daily calendar beyond day 2 before it starts back again at day 1.
Very frustrating....missing out on the multiple treats.
@LDBr Hi Again, If you see the post was edited in oct 2020.
You will need to check device and game are up to date, clear the cache from your app store or browser. log out and restart your device and then log back in. This should solve the issue. it will reset it back to day 1 but then should work as it should.

@Freddy_Falkner Thank you for trying to help. I had already done everything as you suggested, but I will try again.
I'll only know tomorrow or the next day whether it works properly again.
