No rewards / boosters or free lives received at all

I’m wondering why I never receive any free rewards or free lives from any friends.  I have received the odd booster or daily award here or there- but never 2 days in a row.    And the day counter appeared one day - ran for seven days and then stopped.  It has been at 7 days for weeks.  All the features are inconsistent.   I am on level 504.

one idea ... AB will run without being connected to facebook
... strange things happen when AB runs by itself
... look at the scores before starting a level
... if your name is the only one listed then you may not be connected through facebook
... 0 lives might be shown when not connected through facebook

another idea ... your account may be corrupt ... king may be able to help
