I'm not receiving my automatic daily booster gifts.

Every evening I would get a booster for one day of the week.  That is no longer happening, why?

This is not a hard question.  I used to receive a booster every evening according to the days of the week, Mon thru Sunday. One booster every evening.  This hasn't happened for a week now, why?  Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

Hi @dle - welcome to our friendly community! I’m sorry to Here your having this issue. Can you please confirm you are referring to CC Friends? You should be getting a daily reward for logging in once every 24 hours. What device are you playing from and we can look up the trouble shooting steps.

Hi Foley, I play Candy Crush Saga on two devices.  One is my Samsung Galaxy S4 Smartphone running Android 4.3 and the other is a Kindle Fire 7. Both have stopped giving me a treat from the Treats Calendar about a week ago.  Thanks for your help.

Any help you guys can provide our friend here would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for tagging me @Foley1362.   I am starting to feel like I"m broken and not getting my daily rewards!  Too many glitches in one week.

@dle, are you logging into Facebook or the Kingdom on your mobile?  Are you clearing out the history daily?  Please give me more information so that I can offer you further direction.

I haven't missed a login yet I got kicked back down to day 1. I almost was to 30 for consecutive logins too. Is there some max limit on consecutive rewards.

Hi @libb, what game are you referring to?  The only game that I am aware of that continues to move up is Candy Crush Soda Saga.  Candy Crush Saga has a 7 day calendar and a spinning wheel.  Candy Crush Friends Saga just gives you a "today" reward.
