Keeps crashing

Keeps crashing on my Samsung Galaxy S4. Please help, Alphabet Betty is my #1 favorite game.

if you are lucky the crashing problem will go away on its own
you can always try to reload the app ... but I prefer waiting
waiting may take several days
until it starts working you might try playing on a PC
AB works well with chrome and gameroom on a PC

Hi @teresam3169 !

Have you upgraded the phone to Android 5 and also made sure you have at least 2GB of free memory? 

Android 4.2.2 that the phone has as the default OS is no longer compatible with our games. You will need to upgrade it to Android 5 to get the game working.
