Unfortunately not. I'm still at level 1 and can't log in. It always gives me the same connection error

@Crazy Cat Lad I have done as requested but I still cannot log in to get my progress. I have no trouble logging into king.com, just on mobile. Any further suggestions?0

I contacted our tech team about this and they have reset your account logins.
So, could you please try to reinstall the app once more and then try to login and see if it works now after the reset they did.

Same here, just the connection error. This all started for me when I changed my password after finding it had been compromised. Not sure if that matters, but maybe it can help.0

Truly sorry to hear this @Galistu @Sindiesel.
The tech team is looking into this and hopefully will find a fix for this soon, but at this moment there's nothing more we can try out I'm afraid.

@Crazy Cat Lad , I finally got my games working. I decided to try going back to my old password and it worked. Everything is back like it never had a problem. Might be some kind of bug you can pass along to the techs. Changing a password is a pretty big deal if you know it is compromised. Anyway, just happy to have my levels back! If they figure out why the password change cause the issue I would love to know how.
