FAO - Queenmia, Game is becoming unplayable.

For the last few weeks, the game randomly turned itself off.

However, now it seems to turn off after every level that is completed.

This is most frustrating.

The worst thing is when I finish a MAP section, instead of getting the MAP reward, the game ends, and on reloading - nothing.

This happened on level 2340 and 2360.

Ive tried all the tips on here as to how to fix this, but still the same.

Please advise on the missing items.

NOTE.

This problem is the same I had with Diamond Diaries, which I no longer play.

I hope I don’t have to do the same with this game.

Understood that your game restarted itself at level 2340 and 2360. May I know what are the steps that you have tried so that I don't provide you duplicate solutions?

Hi there @mickb. By the way, have you checked whether the app is up to date? If not, please update the app. See if the issue still persist. If yes, and you have tried all troubleshooting steps and still facing the same issue, you may want to consider reinstalling the app as the last resort 😅 Yes, you are right, all your boosters will be lost as it is saved in your device instead of the game server.

You may back up your game in iTunes first, just in case the game crashes that gives you no choice but to reinstall. You may be able to have back your boosters once you sync the app with iTunes after reinstall.

@mickb the usual way you backup your apps in your iPad in iTunes. If you're using laptop (installed with iTunes) to backup, please do so 😊 You may want to check out Apple Site for more info.

Ok, just done a backup and restore of my iPad, this has not fixed the problem (although I still have my boosters).

The game turns off after completing a level, and also when completing a quest.

any other ideas?

Hi @mickb and thanks for reporting back. Please check whether there is system update for your iPad. If yes, you may want to update it. Please provide me your iPad model and iOS system no. and I'll pass this message to the game studio via CM.

Actually, I've played my CCS via iPad 4 and the iOS eventually unable to further support my CCS level and wont allow me to update app. I also face the problem of game restarting etc. I'm not sure, whether this also applies to you. But no harm to check whether your iPad iOS is able to support the app.
