Help l can't log out (Resolved)!

Hi everyone so this few days l think someone hack or do something to my king community account l can't post screenshots anymore l can't see everyone profiles including mine and can't log out l don't know what do now actually l was never leaving the community the person that do that did this

@terrazas1326 Hi and welcome, There have been a couple of people that have had temporary problems with there community account but believe they have been temporary. First thing to try is to clear your Internet browser cache and restart your device then try signing into the community and see if your problems is resolved

If there was a problem with your account you would also not be able to post now

So to confirm, are you using a mobile device or PC while using the community? If you're on a browser, can you try incognito and see if that helps?

Also, any chance you can make a video recording so we can see what is happening? Feel to to PM me it or send me screenshots of the issues/error messages that you get if it includes your personal details so we can look further into this. Thanks ☺️
