Hi, i made this account just to ask this.
So recently, my mom got a new phone then she installed Candy Crush Friends when she log in with Facebook all of her boosters are gone she was very shocked. If i remember correctly all of her boosters are 100+ or more. She was frustrated because it took her so long to collect the boosters that much. But the levels and the characters are still there. I don't know if this happens when you switch device or just a bug. Is it possible to restore them back?
Oh almost forgot, her old device is Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 and her new device is Oppo F1S.

Unfortunately, when you change a mobile device, all boosters are gone. The boosters are only saved temporarily so that they can also be used online. Only the gold and the score can be backed up via a King account or Facebook.

As our Expert friend @Werner_Cichy has already told you, in the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
