When I send life's and when I ask for lifes, I CAN'T SEND ON EITHER ONE OF THESE ITEMS. I KEEP GETTING A ERROR MESSAGE SAYING UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS.

I HATE TO SAY THIS BUT THIS IS GETTING REALLY ANNOYING. I never have a problem with this app. IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM.?????☹☹☹

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this.

Hi Lenora.

Unfortunately, quite a few players are suffering from this problem, and the Studio is investigating it. Apparently it's a Facebook problem. Playing through the King account. there seems to be no problem.

For now I can only advise you to go HERE and follow the steps.

As suggested by Ms Hechicerilla, you may play the game in other platforms. Besides playing via King.com, you may also play the game in PC via Win10. To download the app, please visit here.

IF you have signed up to play in King.com, please visit this page to sync your progress in King with your Facebook account.
