Ad doesn't give booster

Hi! I've been watching the ad that pops up, that's supposed to award a booster. A few times now I've gotten the attached ad. There's no video, it's just an image that you have to close with the X. It thinks I haven't "watched" it & never gives the booster. I've tried letting it stay on the screen for 30+ seconds with the same result. I hate missing my chance at a booster, especially with the wheel still not working. Any ideas??

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
