Finish level but doesn't advance

I finished a level last week and cc friends didn't let me advance. Thought maybe I missed something but it just happened again on a different level. I used a wrapped bonus to finish the round, which also should've finished a group but I just ran out of lives. What is going on?? Still stuck on level 1580 on my samsung s22 on tmobile

    Hello @bcolefrn and Welcome to our Friendtastic community!

    No other player has reported this issue. Some players encounter issues that may be related to their device instead of the game. So, here are some standard troubleshooting measures:

    - Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.

    - Check if there are updates to your CCFS app. If so, then run them. I have my games set to automatically update and am currently running version 3.2.5.

    - Clear the cache (don't clear data!) on your device. We warn against clearing your data because that is where your boosters are stored.

    - Force close all apps and then turn off your device. Keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend a full minute) before restarting your device and launching your game.

    - If these steps don't solve the problem, do you have the option to login on a different device to see if you have the same problem? Or try playing offline to see if your game will advance to the next level.

    We don't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game because your boosters are stored on your device and will be lost if you delete the game. In contrast, your gold bars and progress are stored at King, so it is important to save your progress there.

    If the problem is not associated with your device and is instead associated with your King account, then you may need to contact the King customer support team. Please note that we do not communicate by personal email and that information should not be shared.

    Have you made the suggested bug fixes and the latest version of the app? Does the error still happen or is everything fine in the meantime?

    I'm sorry I play the game alot! I'm unsure how I'm spamming in this group I am answering questions. I don't think it's respectful to call someone out like that, especially when you don't know what your talking about. Of course darling I read the House Rules. Just didn't know you were the enforcer!

    Well, I don't think you play this game Candy Crush Friends often. Rather, you don't play it at all. I think you don't know what you're talking about and that's why you're just spamming to get points. Your comment, that I am the executor, is also not correct.
