And there was me a while back commenting to someone, almost guaranteeing this person, that the freeze and ad were unrelated. Oh well, I did also say I was no expert. And we now have the evidence to support that premise….

Hi @Nanninomix in most cases, ads have nothing to do with the game freezing and are due to insufficient storage space on users' devices.However, there is actually an ad from McDonald's that isn't working properly at the moment. I also had a similar annoying ad from another provider today (in a different game). Fortunately, my phone has a feature that causes the game to freeze briefly but then returns to the current level. However, there are many devices that don't have this, and I understand that users are frustrated when erroneous ads reset win streaks, cause lives to be lost, and perhaps affect other functions.We mods have therefore reported it and forwarded it to our CM. I'm not sure if this particular ad has been removed because I haven't seen any complaints about it in a few days.
