my events keep disappearing and don't know why. The current event was in process and had six or seven days left on it and today it's gone. I've already cleared my cash and closed out the app and gone back in signed out signed in, you name it. It's very frustrating considering the money that has been put into this game. Can you please clarify what this issue is and how long it will take to resolve it?

There is currently an issue with the latest update for Windows players. The issue has been reported and is being investigated.
If you're playing on a mobile device, you shouldn't be affected.
I'm actually playing on a Samsung 22, so that is definitely not the case

Please try the following:
I have done all of the above several times and I'm not going to reinstall and lose all my stuff again. I have the latest version I have cleared the cash I have forced closed every app prior to opening and it still doesn't work. Additionally I also make sure to be completely logged out so I have to hit the terms and conditions again. I guess I'll just have to keep trying since those are the only solutions you have

@Goomanchoo2, we agree that you should not reinstall your game because all of your boosters will disappear. I noticed that you added more information about your issue — that the "terms and conditions" must be acknowledged each time you open the app. I don't think that should happen. Please share your User ID in a reply and I will copy some of our Game Experts.

I have lost my challenges, I play on a pc and I Pad both linked together it has happened before and came back after a couple of weeks.

to clarify, I don't HAVE to acknowledge the terms and conditions every time. it's that when I attempt to reset my game, I log out. When do, I have to click on the acknowledge terms and conditions button in order to log back in. Lastly, I will not reinstall and that was not my point. I understand that that will delete all of my items Etc. The point I'm trying to make is that there's something you need to fix on your end as opposed to me attempting all methods you provide on your "help" site.
This is NOT an isolated incident. The same thing is happening to me and many others on the Windows laptop platform. It has been happening for WEEKS for DDS and all other special events/challenges. Please address quickly.
