Does anyone else ever feel like they are being punished for critisizing things that happen with these games? For example, I have been playing Candy Crush Friends Saga for years. Never seemed to have any problems. And then, I complained about some of the special challenges disappearing BEFORE they were to expire and before I had finished them. I did not notice anything the first time I complained, but a few months after when the same thing happened, I complained again. Every since then (it has now been several weeks) I have not had a single "special" challenge show up. A couple times, they show up announcing they are coming in a couple days, but then they disappear and I never get them on the day they are to start. Dach's Delivery, Ghost Gum, character specific challenges…. nothing. FOR WEEKS. So I get the impression I have somehow been tagged as a "problem" and am getting punished for it.
I play on a pc and have not had any challenged for a long time.

Please contact support directly from within a game. Since there are no issues with in-game events on mobile devices, it seems the Windows app is faulty. I'm experiencing the same issue on Windows as you, but support told me I'm an isolated case.
If support doesn't receive any further complaints from other players, the fix will take a very long time. Last time, it took over a month.
I play on a PC and have lost all the challenges.
