I was playing the Olivia star chaser event and when I got the present it gave me a new misty costume.

Misty got too excited and showed up a little too early... She took Olivia's place and we had to send her back home (that's why it disappeared from your game). But don't worry, she'll be back very soon again though - AndΒ those of you who collected stickers won't lose themΒ π

By the way, this new event is still tested on first time that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game.

How about you do the following:-
Log out from the game entirely and close the app.
Clear your phone cache/storage space. DO NOT clear game data.
Restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.
Sign back in your game that I hope this helps. π
@terrazas1326 exactly the same thing happened with me, after playing classic levels the costume and stickers disappeared. Also I didn't got enough of Olivia's stickers. I heard this happened with some other players too. Still wondering why that happened π€
