forgot my password, can't reset the password.

On the PC, I am logged in a profile with an email address.

I click the forgot password button, enter the same email address and it tells me the email address is not linked to a King account... I am writing this and I am logged with the same email address !!

I am at Level 304 and don<T want to loose my progress...
