I didn't get it, which is a bummer. Releasing the special events to everyone is something the studio should consider in the future, especially since it's written in the play store that the event will be available once the game is updated.

Level 2 and 9 are bit tricky on Trail of Treats, but Olivia finally ready for trick or treating, make sure you all has a lot of candy because she’s coming to knocking on your door, and she won’t take any corn candy or tootsie roll 😉
