Hi @Lennyscakes Welcome to our community 🤗
On level 1230 you have 5 chocolate eggs on the board, try to break all those chocolate eggs first to get extra moves ( 1 chocolate egg will give you extra 5 moves ).
Combining Swedish fish with colorbomb or coloring candy will give you tremendous help.

Hi @Lennyscakes and welcome to our sweet community!
I would suggested you to use Dachs in this level.
If you collect 10 Green Candy, it will hit the board 2 vertical squares under 2 different cookies.
Also, as @mysticalmysty said, try to break all those chocolate eggs first so to get extra moves .
