Hi guys, my grandma recently change her phone to a new one, the thing is, she has a wrong email adress link to her acount.
The email is: dorahaydeetracogna@gmall.com.
So, when we try to change the password, the system sends a mail to her adress, but we get no message.
Can you send me a link to change her password or send to her real gmail account a link to refresh it?

Hi there @coloco1234 and good day to you.
Since your grandma has signed up with the wrong email account, click on the setting in your game and select log out twice. Then it will bring you to the game page. Select "retrieve your progress" and select "sign in with your account". Then enter your correct email and password and you're good to go.

@coloco1234 Hi and welcome, We ask people not to put there email addresses in to posts as this is there personnel information and could be open to abuse , so if you could edit the emails out of the post this would be great . Just go to cog wheel and edit post.
