As mentioned by Ms Kiara, some of the features in the game are test feature that are only made available to certain players for certain period of time.
With regard to the ad, the only way to stop or ignore it, is to close it as this is a temporary feature that be removed from the game after certain period of time.

The “4 extra moves after watching an advertisement “ button comes and goes in our experience. We THINK, but cannot prove, that there is some kind of limit on the total number of “extra advertisements “ you can get, so we never use the “watch an ad to get color bomb/coloring candy” special characters at the beginning of each game, and almost never use the “watch an ad to get an extra life” option. We ‘save’ the ads for when we are really close to solving a level at the end and judge that we might be able to finish it with +4 moves (and maybe a lollipop thrown in).
