Hi
I qualified for the gold bars event and according to the countdown the rainbow should have appeared yesterday but I don’t see it in my game.
I’ve logged out and rebooted my iPad then signed back in, still nothing. My app is up to date.
Any ideas how I can get it to appear?

@nixbarchetta Hi and welcome, Seems this has happened to a few people and hopefully it may be a temporary glitch. Will tag @miss_dani as this may need reporting.. Other than that you seem to have done all the troubleshooting tips, so all you can do is be patient and see if we get any news on this

Thanks @Freddy_Falkner I read the other posts and tried suggested fixes before asking for help. Hopefully will be able to access it soon 🤞

Hi, I play on iPad and android phone, tried the log out, restart, log back in and it didn’t work. I updated the game yesterday after the event first disappeared so I assume I have the up to date version? Thanks

Have you uninstalled you game app since you completed the first part of the event? If you have, that is the reason why the second part of the event is not showing up in your game. ‼️ An uninstall before a player has started and/or completed part 2 will result in them not getting part 2.
➡️ If you didn't uninstall the app, then we could try other things to see if that resolves the issue. Could you please tell us which device & platform you are using to play the game so we can help you further?

Have you uninstalled you game app since you completed the first part of the event? If you have, that is the reason why the second part of the event is not showing up in your game. ‼️ An uninstall before a player has started and/or completed part 2 will result in them not getting part 2.
