I think is a bug it also happen to me or maybe is it because the launch party ended and the trophies reset with the event l don't know.
And @Miss_Dani this is from crash bandicoot on the run not from candy crush friends saga

This happened to me about 2 days ago on Candy Crush Friends. It erased every lollipop I had and is now giving me the same explanation screens as when I first started the game. I didn’t log out of FaceBook or the game, though. Very frustrating.
