1) Macaroni in the cup/bowl was partly eaten
2) the eyes of the smiley on the macaroni cup/bowl are blues instead of black

Elsa's left thumb is more exposed and pointing up on hand holding the container of Mac & cheese
The container of Mac & cheese a) is not filled up as high and b) the eyes are blue.
Jelly Queens necklace is missing.
Floating elbow macaroni is a) missing eyes or (eyes are closed) & b) missing tongue.
Cheese π§ wedge is a) missing 2 teeth top and bottom...6 instead of 7, upper & lower and b) side is orange instead of brown and spotted.

1. The eyes of the cup in Elsa's hand are a different color.
2. The cup in Elsa's hand contains less macaroni.
3. The Jelly Queen necklace is missing.
4 & 5. The eyes of the macaroon wearing boxing gloves are closed and his tongue is not visible.
6 In the patch of sky between Jelly Queen and the macaron with boxing gloves the clouds are different (there are fewer clouds) 7 & 8. The piece of cheese is missing an upper tooth and a lower tooth.
9. The piece of cheese is missing the holes on its right side (left of the image)
