The 9 differences I found (SECOND PICTURE):
1- The Mac and Cheese bowl’s eye color went from black to blue
2- The macaroni in the middle’s eyes are closed
3- The cheese on the bottom right is missing a top right tooth
4- Jelly Queen’s necklace got removed
5- Some of the clouds above the macaroni in the middle are missing
6- The Mac and Cheese bowl has less macaroni
7- The cheese on the bottom right is missing a bottom left tooth
8- The macaroni in the middle is missing a tongue
9- The cheese on the bottom right is missing some holes
