I'm sorry you didn't receive the gold bars. It has happened to other players as well. We've reported it to the studio but haven't received a response yet. Please be patient. As soon as we hear about the studio, I'll give you some information about it.

I played the game yesterday and it said that the gold bars will be given in 1 day. Today I came in the game and... nothing. The thing disappeared from game. Please I need these gold bars as I spent hours playing this event.

I have not received my gold bars from the carnival event. I have closed the game, restarted everything. The notice about calculating the amount is gone but I didn’t receive the gold bars.

I did not receive my gold bars earned in last gold bar quest.

I didn't receive my share of the gold bars either. The prompt is gone about the distribution of the bars once the event ended but nothing happened. Now all I see is the new Bubblegum Troll event and Dach's quest list. Is there anything I can do to get my cut of the bars that I earned from the carnival event?
